Web app update 5.1.8.9

This release improves support for keeping trip review status consistent during sync.

  • Added sync support for reviewed trip status so review information can be preserved more reliably across connected apps.

This release is mainly focused on sync compatibility and data consistency.

Web app update 5.2.3.9

This release adds MyCarTracks AI Assistant support to the web app and introduces new guided workflows for account setup, trip reconstruction, and reporting checks.

  • Added the MyCarTracks AI Assistant as a standalone web experience at MyCarTracks Assistant.
  • Added AI Assistant workflows for setting up a fleet, reconstructing missing trips or months, creating trips from receipts, building customer round trips, and checking fleet data before reporting.
  • Added account access permissions so users can review assistant capabilities before connecting their account: chat, read account data, and write only after explicit confirmation.
  • Added a “Uses AI. Verify results.” reminder so users know to review mileage totals, reports, reconstructed trips, and account changes before relying on them.
  • Added support guidance for showing IDs in the web portal when working with the AI Assistant, support, or specific account records.

This release is focused on making web-based account setup, recovery, and review workflows faster while keeping users in control of AI-assisted changes.

Web app update 5.2.4.0–5.2.4.5

This release series includes mostly small UI/UX refinements, page-speed improvements, and bug fixes.

  • Added the Driver Activity Summary report to the Fleet Download dropdown.

  • Optimized selected-track downloads from the Shared Map. Exports are now pre-created in the background, allowing even large maps to be exported more reliably.
