In some cases, the MyCarTracks app may indicate that not all required permissions are granted within the **Tracking Checklist** , and the **“Fix it”** button may not function as expected. This typically occurs when permissions have been repeatedly modified or disabled manually in the Android settings, which can prevent the app from automatically adjusting them.

To resolve this issue, you will need to manually update the app permissions by following these steps:

1. Search for the **MyCarTracks** app icon on your device and **touch and hold the app** until a menu appears
2. Tap **App info** \*\*

.
3. Tap **Permissions**.

.
4. From here, you can see which permissions are allowed or denied for MyCarTracks. Make sure all permissions are in the **Allowed** list. Tap on each permission that is in the Not allowed list and **allow** it. Make sure that **Location** has the label **Allowed all the time**.

.
5. Make sure that the option **Manage app if unused** is disabled.
